Retired Captain Jan Casey Bond, PA, previous PA Army Program lead to IPAP. He was a medic in the Army and then became interested in the PA profession through work in the ER. He later went on to be accepted into the Army PA Program in 1982.
Bond talks about his involvement with IPAP and its formation, especially the formation of its curriculum. He explains about the hurdles that IPAP had to overcome at its inception and what was learned throughout the years.
