Description Round covered dish with Duke University drawings around the base.
On cover: "Duke University James B. Duke Society" with signature.
On base: "Design based on the architect's original rederings of the Duke University campus for James B. Duke in 1924. Made exclusively for members of the James B. Duke Society by Tiffany & Co. 1998
Notes Card inside says: Duke University is pleased to recognize your membership in the James B. Duke Society with this porcelain box, which was created by Tiffany & Co. exclusively for the Society. The drawing is a copy of an original rendering of West Campus done in 1924 by Horace Trumbauer's Philadelphia architechtural firm. That plan enabled Mr. Duke's vision for a great university, just as your support has and does today. Duke hopes that you will enjoy this expression of the University's appreciation."
