Description |
CWO2 Louis Richard Rocco (third from right in front row) was a recipient of the Medal of Honor for his lifesaving service in Vietnam. He graduated from the Army PA program in 1972. After the war he continued to be a caregiver as he counseled veterans with PTSD, started homeless shelters for veterans, and developed a veterans nursing home in New Mexico. Pictured with him are Captain Mike Champion, Lt.Col David Gwinn, Major Jimmie Keller and other members of the Veterans Caucus at the Memorial Service welcoming home veterans of the Gulf War at the AAPA conference in San Francisco. |
