Medal produced by the MEDEX Northwest PA program. The front of the bronze medal is portrait of Dr. Richard Smith, founder of the MEDEX program. Around the portrait are the words: "Multiply My Hands" Dr. Richard A. Smith. On the back of the medal are the words: MEDEX Champion UW Medicine MEDEX Northwest Physician Assistant Program. The medal hangs from a blue ribbon and is inside a blue box. One medal was donated to the Society by recipient Ruth Ballweg and the other by recipient Roderick Hooker. |
